3Inquiries, Consultations & Project Requests
Submitting a contact form, requesting a consultation, communicating with our team, receiving an initial recommendation, or discussing a potential project does not automatically create a contractual relationship between you and Growth Station.
No project shall be considered formally accepted until the applicable scope, commercial terms, pricing, responsibilities, and any required proposal, agreement, or contract have been approved by both parties in the manner specified by Growth Station.
Any initial discussion, estimate, audit, consultation, recommendation, strategy, proposal, timeline, or quotation may be subject to revision following further discovery or changes in the client’s requirements.
Growth Station reserves the right to accept or decline any potential project or engagement at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
4Client Service Agreements
Paid professional services provided by Growth Station may be governed by a separate:
- Proposal;
- Quotation;
- Statement of Work (“SOW”);
- Service Agreement;
- Retainer Agreement;
- Project Contract; or
- Other written commercial agreement.
Such agreements may specify, among other matters:
- Scope of work;
- Deliverables;
- Project phases;
- Timelines and milestones;
- Fees and payment schedules;
- Revision limits;
- Client responsibilities;
- Approval procedures;
- Intellectual property ownership;
- Confidentiality obligations;
- Data processing requirements;
- Third-party costs;
- Termination rights; and
- Ongoing support, maintenance, or service levels.
If there is any conflict between these Website Terms and a signed client agreement concerning professional services, the signed client agreement will take precedence in relation to that engagement.
5Proposals, Pricing & Payments
Any prices, packages, estimated budgets, promotional offers, or service descriptions displayed on the Website are indicative unless expressly stated otherwise.
Final pricing may depend on factors including project scope, complexity, required resources, platforms, deliverables, timeline, third-party costs, advertising budget, production requirements, and the level of ongoing support required.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- Fees quoted by Growth Station apply only to the services and deliverables identified in the relevant proposal or agreement;
- Work outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and quoted separately;
- Advertising spend, media budgets, hosting, domains, software subscriptions, paid plugins, stock materials, fonts, licences, production expenses, influencers, creators, third-party contractors, and other external costs are not included unless expressly stated;
- Payment schedules and due dates will be specified in the applicable proposal, invoice, or agreement; and
- Growth Station may suspend work, services, access, or delivery where payments become overdue, subject to the relevant client agreement and applicable law.
Promotional offers may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, availability, deadlines, or other conditions communicated in connection with the relevant offer.
6Changes in Scope
Client requests that materially change the originally agreed scope, deliverables, functionality, requirements, number of revisions, project timeline, campaign structure, creative direction, technical specifications, or required resources may be treated as a change in scope.
Growth Station may provide an updated quotation, timeline, or change request before proceeding with additional work.
Delays resulting from additional requests, delayed approvals, missing information, changes in direction, or other client-requested modifications may affect previously estimated delivery dates.
Growth Station is not required to perform material work outside the agreed scope unless such additional work has been approved in accordance with the applicable project agreement.
7Client Responsibilities
Where you engage Growth Station for professional services, you are responsible for providing accurate, complete, lawful, and timely information and materials reasonably necessary for the project.

Growth Station will use reasonable professional judgment when incorporating technology-assisted outputs into client work.
